HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
HSE no longer expects every business to consider COVID-19 in their risk assessment, or to have specific measures in place.
However, when working with vulnerable people, in sterile areas, clean rooms, health settings, construction sites, factories, and other hazardous settings, the relevant precautions are followed when and where required to do so:
• Adhere to Government advice on safe working
• Keep a safe distance from machinery
• Avoid personal contact with vulnerable people
• Sanitise the equipment in clean environments
• Wash hands or use sanitiser gel
• Always use the appropriate PPE
• Stop work and self-isolate immediately if any signs of ill health appear
• Adhere to the site's Health & Safety Policy
• RAMS: Risk Assessments & Method Statements completed and followed
